Philosophy
What does “holistic” mean at this practice?
It means we start with the whole picture: what you eat, what you're exposed to, how you sleep, and how much stress you're carrying. The BioScan gives us data to organize that picture instead of guessing.
Screening before supplements. Recommendations follow your scan, not a standard bundle.
Fewest changes that matter most. A short prioritized plan beats a long list you'll abandon in three weeks.
Alongside your medical care, never instead of it. Bring your plan to your physician; nothing here replaces licensed medical care.
Plain language, every time. You should be able to explain your own plan to someone else when you leave.
Professional-grade products only. Curated homeopathic and nutritional lines, sourced for quality rather than margin.
The difference
What makes this practice different from other wellness offices?
Local to the northwest metro
Elk River-based, which for most of Sherburne, Wright, and north Anoka County means a far shorter drive than the metro's south-side clinics.
BioScan / electrodermal screening is a wellness and educational tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed medical provider. Always consult your physician before changing medications or starting a new supplement protocol.
One service, done well
BioScan electrodermal screening is the entire focus — not one item on a menu of a dozen modalities.
Solo practitioner, start to finish
Same person for intake, scan, plan, and follow-up. Nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
Where clients come from
Where do Mindful Meadows clients travel from?
Serving Elk River and the greater northwest Twin Cities: Otsego, Ramsey, Anoka, Zimmerman, Big Lake, Champlin, Andover, Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, St. Michael, Albertville, Rogers, Monticello, Buffalo, Blaine, and Minneapolis.
Have a question before you book?
Send a note first if you'd like. Most people want to know what the appointment is like before they commit. That's a fair question and it gets a real answer.
